By reserving, booking, or utilizing luxury ground transportation arranged by LimoCrest (“LimoCrest,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
All reservations submitted via our online booking engine represent quotation requests until reviewed by our executive dispatch desk. A reservation is officially confirmed once a formal confirmation itinerary with reference ID has been issued via email or SMS.
Unless explicitly specified otherwise, confirmed quotes encompass base distance tariffs, anticipated highway tolls, airport terminal access fees, and customary service gratuity. Unscheduled route diversions, extra stops not specified at booking, or extended standby hours beyond scheduled duration will be billed in accordance with our standard hourly tariff.
LimoCrest maintains a strictly smoke-free, vape-free cabin policy across all vehicle classes. Unlawful activity, hazardous materials, or intentional cabin damage will result in immediate termination of the trip without refund and assessment of cleaning or restoration fees.
While LimoCrest exercises rigorous diligence and real-time navigation planning, we cannot be held liable for delays occasioned by severe catastrophic weather, unexpected highway closures, or acts of civil authority. In such rare circumstances, dispatch will deploy alternative rerouting or backup vehicle positioning where feasible.
